Drive financial performance. Review budgets, cost forecasts, billing and change orders; identify risks early and hold teams accountable for project profitability.
Balance workloads and resources. Align project assignments with team capacity, experience and the demands of our growing backlog.
Build strong client relationships. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and project partners, resolve escalated concerns and support repeat business.
Partner with field leadership. Work closely with superintendents and construction leaders to keep schedules, quality, safety and project priorities aligned.
Strengthen project controls. Establish consistent, practical approaches to reporting, documentation, procurement and closeout.
Support business growth. Contribute to project pursuits, client presentations, staffing plans and operational decisions alongside company leadership.
What You Bring
At least 10 years of progressive construction management experience, including successful oversight of multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing project management professionals.
Strong command of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management and risk mitigation.
A track record of building trusted relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.
The judgment to resolve complex issues, make timely decisions and communicate concerns with clear recommendations.
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to delegate effectively and hold others accountable.
Proficiency with construction management platforms, scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior Project Executive experience and experience helping a construction business grow are preferred.
