This position assists machine operators, ensures materials and supplies are available, manages inventory, and handles the packaging of finished goods.</span></p><hr><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Key Duties and Responsibilities:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br>Tasks may include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Safely operates a forklift to move materials within the facility</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Interprets work orders or verbal instructions to determine required materials</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Loads and unloads pallets, containers, and shelving units manually or using a forklift</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Feeds resins into processing equipment using vacuum systems or manual methods</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Prepares and organizes packaging materials</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Packages finished products accurately per specifications and labeling requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Uses barcode scanners for inventory tracking and material handling</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assists machine operators with line setup, roll changes, and cleanup</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Inputs roll data, changes trim, and supports machine changeovers</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Participates in monthly inventory counts with the warehouse team</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information including formulas, materials, and equipment settings</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Performs other duties as assigned to support production</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Qualifications and Skills:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Ability to read measuring tools (e.g., rulers) and understand fractions and decimals</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Effective verbal communication for team collaboration</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; calculator use permitted)</span></p></li></ul><hr><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply to this posting with an updated resume!</span></p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $21.50 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
