The successful candidate will work closely with the Plating Lead to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support our washing, plating, and finishing operations while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 12.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">This role offers hands-on training in electroplating techniques, equipment operation, bath maintenance, quality control, and manufacturing best practices.
