Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Intelligence Analyst to join our team in support of Supplier Due Diligence. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing data to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with third-party suppliers across various domains, including cyber, operational, financial, and compliance. The Supply Chain Risk Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making, and owning supplier risk-related incident responses. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain compliance, operations, risk management principles, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-bottom:11px; list-style-type:circle"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Analyze supply chain data to identify potential risks and trends</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Assess and prioritize supply chain risks using risk management frameworks and tools</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Monitor and report on supply chain risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and maintain supply chain risk management documentation and reports</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Provide recommendations to improve supply chain resilience and risk management practices</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Implementing and updating processes around changing regulations.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px; list-style-type:circle"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Research, or related field</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">4+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, operations, or a related field</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Understanding of defense aerospace industry & regulations and the understanding of the role of the supply chain in complex industries</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px; list-style-type:circle"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Research, or related field</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Certification in supply chain risk management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with supply chain data analysis and visualization tools </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations and the nature of flow down requirements, including cybersecurity and counterfeit parts prevention requirements</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)</li></ul> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
