Job Details: Job Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00Hourly, Job Category: Food and Beverage - Culinary/Kitchen, SUMMARY: Prep cook for hot and cold foods in several stadium locations. May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare menu items from posted production lists Cook and present menu items to specification Adhere to food safety procedures and maintain organized work area Work club concession stands as needed Some roles may require strict confidentiality   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant Culinary degree or certification preferred Basic kitchen skills: Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation Excellent attendance Devoted learner   PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand for long periods of time Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions   WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually loud Kitchen setting   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ServeSafe certification   OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
