Working closely with leadership and our social media/content team, you will manage incoming leads, convert prospective families and school partners, and optimize our enrollment funnel. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Funnel Management: Qualify incoming website, event, and social media leads; guide parents and students step-by-step through the enrollment process. Multi-Audience Engagement: Tailor sales messaging for diverse stakeholders, including high school students, parents, school administrators, and corporate/institutional partners. Content Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the Content & Social Media team to turn digital marketing campaigns and blog engagement into active program enrollments. Partner Pipeline Development: Establish and nurture relationships with Greater Boston school districts, university career offices, and community organizations. Qualifications: Demonstrated background in sales, educational marketing, business development, or fee-for-service lead generation. Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills with a track record of handling enrollment objections. Analytical mindset comfortable tracking lead conversion data and providing feedback to content creators. Passion for expanding access to STEM and health science education.
