Analog Designer

<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented <strong>Lab Technician</strong> to support an Engineering Lab and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) environment. This role involves executing work orders, operating equipment consoles, handling small parts, and maintaining accurate and organized lab activities.<br> </p><h3>Schedule</h3><ul> <li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM <li><strong>Pay:</strong> <strong>$45–$50/hr W2</strong> <li><strong>Location : </strong>Boxborough MA <li>One week: <strong>48 hours</strong> — 8 hours of overtime after 40 hours <li>Alternate week: <strong>36 hours</strong> <li>Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM</ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Support daily activities within the Engineering/ATE Lab <li>Execute and track work orders through the work order system <li>Navigate work order systems and maintain organized records <li>Operate equipment consoles and assist with automated test equipment <li>Move and organize small parts, generally transported in trays <li>Work safely around heavy machinery; no machinery moving is required <li>Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures <li>Manage emails and lab-related communications <li>Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail</ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills <li>Ability to accurately follow work orders and procedures <li>Comfortable working with computer-based work order systems <li>Basic computer and email skills <li>Ability to work the required compressed night-shift schedule <li>Ability to lift up to <strong>25 lbs.</strong></ul>
