Registered Nurse- Inpt Psychiatry, Waltham - Eves/Nights - 10K Sign-on

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding nursing care to patients and families in our Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.Providing education to patients and families.Facilitating group therapies.Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.Schedules are: 1) 24 or 32 hours/week nights and every other weekend and rotating holidays; and 2) 24 hours/week evenings and every other weekend and rotating holidays. Mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts.Minimum QualificationsEducation:A bachelor's degree in nursingExperience:1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.Licensure/CertificationsCurrent Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)** This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on for RNs with 1 or more years of related RN experience. (Internal candidates and former BCH employees who have worked at BCH in the past 2 years are not eligible).
