Annex Services Associate

ANNEX SERVICES ASSOCIATE, MIT Libraries, under the direction of the Annex Services and User Experience Librarian, this position supports Scan & Deliver, collections retrieval, and patron services at the Library Storage Annex. Responsibilities include scanning operations, troubleshooting citations, maintaining documentation, interpreting service policies and copyright guidelines, coordinating with internal and external partners, and training and supervising student workers. Additional duties include assisting patrons, preparing materials for delivery, supporting facility operations, and participating in library projects and teams. This position offers opportunities to develop technical and library skills in an academic setting.
