Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on)

Position Summary/ Department Summary:We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.Key Responsibilities:Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.Providing clinical support and resources.Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.Working either 36 or 40 hours per week, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts. Minimum QualificationsEducation:A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Experience:A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.Licensure/ Certifications:Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse*$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years**This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees* bchornurse#LI-onsite
