To Apply for this Job Click Here HR Director Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 2 days/week) A client in the education space in Boston, MA, is looking to hire an HR Director who can take on a blended strategic & hands-on role leading the function and managing their HR team. They are seeking a candidate with well-rounded experience in HR, including significant experience with HR policies & procedures, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, learning & development, and more. Responsibilities: Review, create, and implement HR policies & procedures Oversee HR operations organization-wide and lead the development of new HR initiatives Provide coaching to managers around employee relations issues and investigations as needed Assess current learning & development offerings to identify gaps where additional training and resources are needed Manage & develop the HR team Establish strong working relationships with leadership and managers Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of progressive and well-rounded HR experience Direct people management experience required Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills H1473581BOS_1791223525 To Apply for this Job Click Here
