As a(n) Public Health Analyst (Deputy Director), you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership for national and international adolescent health programs, including planning, policy development, budgeting, and program implementation. Advise senior leadership on strategic planning, performance management, evaluation, resource allocation, and organizational improvement. Supervise staff, assigns and prioritizes work, manages performance, and supports employee development, training, and EEO compliance. Lead management analyses, identifies program gaps and emerging priorities, and recommends policies, organizational structures, staffing, and operational improvements aligned with agency goals.
