This role will analyze compensation data, provide market insights, support compensation decisions, and assist with ongoing programs and projects. Responsibilities Analyze compensation data and prepare recurring reports and insights Review compensation recommendations for new hires and employee changes Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation practices Assist with compensation planning and recurring compensation cycles Support compensation-related compliance and reporting initiatives Develop and maintain compensation tools, reports, and analytical resources Assist with additional compensation projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of compensation experience Workday experience required FTNE1479450TB_1793207413 To Apply for this Job Click Here
