<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: General Production Worker</strong><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking dedicated and skilled general production workers for our 1st shift. The role involves various tasks essential to our production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Understand and adhere to training for the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task.</li><li>Lift materials and place hooks for powder coating or shot-blast operations using electric chain falls.</li><li>Stand on a 47 high platform to guide assembly onto load bars for powder coating or shot-blast operations, using fall prevention equipment.</li><li>Use dual-action sanders to debur and clean debris from parts.</li><li>Mark parts using handheld dot peen or inkjet printers.</li><li>Measure parts and record data using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.</li><li>Move parts using manual pallet jacks.</li><li>Package parts using manual banding equipment.</li><li>Assist machine operators with material placement and part removal (note: temporary employees will not operate the machines).</li><li>Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning the workstation.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Recent experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions reliably.</li><li>U.S. citizenship is required.</li><li>Previous experience in an industrial environment.</li><li>Ability to work on the 1st shift.</li></ul><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
