Build your career. </b>As a Sales Support Specialist at Uline’s Boston Sales Office, you’ll help customers get the products they need while supporting a team of Sales Representatives. From answering questions to processing orders and preparing quotes, you’ll play a key role in delivering the legendary service Uline is known for.</p><p><b>Hours:</b> Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.</p><p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving.</li><li>Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service.</li><li>Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors.</li><li>Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs.</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent.
