Growing together.     We are seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, business intelligence, reporting automation, and data warehousing. This role requires expertise in transforming complex data into actionable insights while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI and TableauPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from multiple data sourcesDevelop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and data accuracyAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting and analytics solutionsWork with large datasets and support data architecture and data warehousing initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvementEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standardsSupport healthcare-related reporting and analytics requirementsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
