Contract Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a professional services firm in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical & non-technical roles. This will be a 3-month assignment to start, with potential to extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently drive candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Guide and coach hiring managers from job intake to candidate close
• Manage job postings and candidate activity in ATS
• Source passive talent through a variety of channels for evergreen and high-priority roles

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including proven ability to fill technical roles
• Professional services experience strongly preferred
• Track record of successfully managing multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy, especially with ATS
• Strong communication skills
