Our growing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager that can oversee multiple electrical construction projects valued at $1M to $5M+ based out of our office in Durham, NC. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail oriented and organized individual to support the start-up, maintenance and close out activities of electrical construction projects. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a variety of projects concurrently. Responsibilities Include: Assisting Project Managers to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents - permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules. Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changes Preparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout Tracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assigned Must Haves: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel and an understanding of construction project cycles Associates/Bachelor's degree or related construction/electrical field experience AutoCAD and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus Along with competitive compensation, Wayne J.
