Human Resources Coordinator

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, provides Human Resources services and support to MIT’s Computer Sciences and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory comprised of over 1500 faculty, staff, postdocs and students. She/he coordinates human resources (HR) activities and advises on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Provides input on CSAIL HR programs, policies and procedures. Assists CSAIL faculty, principal investigators,and managers with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR policy interpretation and guidance, and personnel record keeping.
